★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge disappointment!!!
Recently move in one of this buildings (1401/1407 DuPont) that was a big mistake. When you sign the contract they mentioned 24/7 security guard on site, “ITS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE”, someone broke to my car last week and no one taking responsibility , You can see group of junkies beside the building 1407 DuPont or in front of building 1401 DuPont every single day drinking , smoking joint and selling drugs also using the area as a public washroom ,
I contacted rental office several time about this issue without any result.
Lot’s of guys with the noisy cars living in those buildings that disturb you during the sleeping time specially if you have kids.
I wish someone would have told me this issues before I signed up the contract.
If you are planning to move here please read my massage and think twice before signing up the contract.
