P	Pasha Francis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for cocoa butter & although they didn't have the brand that I wanted, the one I did find was very decently priced - less than 10 bucks in comparison to Shoppers Drug Mart where it was nearly 20! I also found so many other beauty supplies that I didn't know existed. The staff were really helpful and I loved the fact that they had ethnical and racial diversity. I go every time I need my black beauty supplies!

I got in touch with this store because I wanted to pick up some hairdressing scissors and get some conditioner for my out of control covid hair! The lovely shop girl (I don't know her name unfortunately) was extremely helpful and patient with me and was able to give me some great advice over the phone. When I went to pick up she had everything ready and was very pleasant. She even threw in a bunch of samples which was a nice touch. I'm happy with all of the products she recommended and I look less like a cavewoman. I've noticed that a lot of the stores I normally visit have let good service fall by the wayside during the pandemic, but this place was a notable exception. Top class start to finish. Thank you!
F	Farida Talaat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of the shop reused to sell me merchandise. He kept stalling me at the cashier as if he does not want me to have the product. A previous lady salesperson was, however, always nice and cooperative. Overall staff is neither knowledgeable no cooperative.
