The store is quite big as it has 2 storeys, meaning this location is highly likely to carry what you need from Shoppers Drug Mart

He was able to answer everything I threw at him. Clearly trying to keep customers happy, no matter what the issue. During these covid times, we need more managers like this.

I went in today Feb. 17 and asked for 2 items over the counter and the woman behind the counter asked me what I wanted and then said I had to wait for a merchandiser??. Ridiculous. Finally I asked someone in the store to get me what I wanted and after I paid for the items I realized that they got me the wrong product. They dont listen. I wasted so much time for nothing. The Indian cashier Chanchal was raising her voice to me and being very rude and argumentative. CHANCHAL would not even let me handle the merchandise.Talk about crazy!!!. Instead of diffusing the situation.Also they treat you like your a thief by not letting you walk around with your items.. I spend hundreds of dollars in here.Find another location. The staff at this one are terrible. I CALLED THE STORE OWNER AND TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED. THE STORE OWNER FRANK DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE. HE SAID HE WOULD LOOK INTO IT UNCONVINCING. HE SOUNDED LIKE HE DOES NOT CARE.

Confusing store layout, as all grocery aisles are on the second floor, yet the chips/snacks section is at the rear of the ground floor....spent a long time looking for an item in the second floor when it was at the rear of the ground floor all along. Please store ALL of your groceries in ONE AREA.

She suggested the most beautiful smell of fragrance so quick for me and sold me this lovely color of dior lipstick when i told her about my dry lips. Everything she suggested was amazing and lovely! Thankyou!! Go to her if u need help with fragrance and cosmetics shes really good!?

Saba was the first I dealt with, she was helpful, kind, and empathetic. After her, Tony went above and beyond in customer service, contacting me regularly, and actively working through a solution. I'm thoroughly impressed and grateful.

While trying to check into by flight I realized my COVID test was outside the new 24-hour window. It was 8pm on Saturday night and my flight was in 12 hours - clearly a big problem. Even though no other pharmacy was available or taking customers on such short notice, when I walked in and explained my dilemma to Katie, the pharmacist on duty, she immediately agreed to help me out and did the test so I wouldn’t miss my flight. She was terrific - I even offered her a generous cash tip, which she thanked me for, but declined to accept. Incredible customer service, empathy, and nice people…another reason I have been a customer there for almost 25 years!
