Arrived for an appointment that was schedule a week earlier through the call centre, and we were told there was no appointment. The branch was empty and the manager was not helpful at all the only thing she said was to reschedule...definitely lack of customer service skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience here, don't know what the bad reviews are for. Came here because I needed to show ID for a mutual funds account and I was treated well. HSBC has great welcome promotions and I am happy to try a bank other than the "big five".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in to get some cash to pay my roofer prior to he stars work, I was given such a hard time and rude attitude , and kept being treated like I have to beg for my money, come back tomorrow the teller said , I explained to him that I can not because there is no parking and I am a disable person. Frankly I lost my sh… and attempted to make the teller understand that this is my hard-earned monies and need to get my roof fixed.
When a very FAT person named “ Kaushik Vankitachalam” charged against me yelling and shouting, Man I though this dimwitted person is gone harm me . needless to say I am going to seek legal remedy by bringing a lawsuit against this giant bank “HSBC” .
