Could've done that myself but I really don't think they were suppose to open the envelope themselves??? Staff is a little slow but at least I got what I wanted.

I want to give special gratitude to Graeme Shaw, who always is having the best disposition give a real solution to the problem. We walked in to this branch as new comers to the city, they were kind, resourceful and relevant to our needs. Some delays in sending credit cards but they made alternate arrangements. Their call center is so amazing , they helped me in a critical time to solve my needs...that's what banks should be for.
C	Cam Dix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the service a bit slow. This is the Bank"s fault structurally (staffing) and not the particular staff at this branch. In all of my over 25 years banking at this branch I have received only helpful, kind, courteous service.
A	Ashitha Placid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I have ever experienced. I had initially visited this bank for getting a credit card, they told I have to call in the number provided in the card. When I called in the number they told I have to make an appointment with financial advisor. Again visited the bank for making an appointment with her. Financial advisor told me that they are having an issue with the system and will process it very next day and follow with me through email. Thereafter no updates or no response to email. I haven’t got such a worst service from any other bank. My recommendation is never visit this location ever in your life to get things done.

It took them months and numerous follow up emails/calls just for mortgage pre-approval. My broker did it in 2 days. They are simply LAZY!!! They dont know the meaning of URGENCY!
