I was very impressed after the conversation. Then Sara got connected to me as the U/R. I submitted an application for a commercial mortgage for a loan amount of 1360 mil & it was approved. Then I submitted another application for the same client for a regular refinance for 1040 million. I never thought that it would be approved by HTC. Client was able to lower his mortgage rate. This was a huge savings for him. Then I got Seda for documentation. It was very easy for me to handle things, the way Sara & Seda approached me . I will definitely keep in touch in the future so I can help my clients with their difficult situations. Effortless have answers. Again my sincere thanks to all.

Enter Effortless Mortgage. Paul hooked me up with a lender the same day and was able to successfully close in 3 days. He even waived broker fee for me without even asking. Great guy and a literal life saver. If you are unsure about your mortgage situation with a bank, do yourself a favor and go with these guys. You will save ton of headache.

He was able to negotiate with the lender to get us an even lower rate than what was offered, get us a higher amount in a small amount of time. We we're able to close on time and never a single day throughout this refinancing that I felt like I was doing it all by ourselves. I am definitely going back to this company with my mortgage needs.
