I then had Pam assist me with the remainder of the process and she was pretty much on standby for any question I needed an answer to and she was very direct with what I needed to provide to her. She was very kind, honest, and just a pleasure to deal with. Although I was approved for a mortgage with one of the big banks, I decided to go through Get A Better Mortgage because they still got me a lower interest rate than the bank and the service was way better (the bank would take days to answer a question). I didn't see a reason to go with a bank in the end. I highly recommend them. I am very grateful.
