β β β β β Came here before Christmas for my Turkey and ham. An order that I had placed a week in advance was lost. The butchers had a queue outside of about 15 people waiting for their order freezing. Once inside I then realised why there was such a big queue, absolute chaos with some of the workers walking around with unlit cigarettes in their hands. I waited close to an hour for my order which was eventually wrong and cost me $90. I WILL NEVER BE BACK. How this butchers has not figured a good system for their busiest season is bewildering. Awful experience to the start of Christmas. 1 star

β β β β β Great meat. Great ambiance.Great service...but,Thanksgiving Turkey reservations are a bust. Reserved a 12 lb for Saturday pickup and closest in size I could get was 18.5 lbs. Not the only one in the store with the same issue.

β β β β β In reading these reviews, I feel as if some of the one star ratings must relate to a different butcher. I have been a customer for 30 years and the service and products have always been exemplary. The beef tenderloin I served last night was delicious - my guests raved. It was much better trimmed than the meat I have bought at Costco previously and the price differential was about 15%. Well worth it for a much better product and service.

β β β β β Iβm lucky to have this shop near my house, too quality meats yield top quality dishes at home. They offer the best beef in my opinion with naturally raised options which I support. This shop is my go to for steaks which are reasonably prices. Ribeyes and striploins are my faves as well as their ground beef! Come check them out.

β β β β β Bloor meats is a staple in our household. If weβre looking to entertain or even just prepare a special meal for just us, this is where we go. I am a huge fan of the stuffed turkey roasts and wish they would be offered more consistently. They have a great selection of marinated meat options to take the guess work out of cooking. I also really appreciate the selection of unique sauces, spices, cheeses and other complementary grocery items available in the store.

β β β β β Girl was very friendly even though she was putting away the sandwich meat she brought it back out and hooked me up. I will definitely come back. Love the little toll booth check out very old fashioned look.

β β β β β Waited in line and when I got in no one acknowledged me, waited 10mins by the counter, clearly looking like i needed help and there were 3 other customers in store and about 5/6 staff around. Asked for help twice and they were more interested in letting other people in. I guess they only help white people? Horrible customer service.

β β β β β I bought a duck here today for $37. I just saw the same exact brand of duck (same size and everything) at No Frills for $20. I would suggest shopping around elsewhere before coming here. Their prices seem to be a huge rip off. Theyβre reselling the same products for almost double the price. I will not be shopping here again.
