★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seems there is always an issue when filling my prescriptions. Either they don't have enough pills to fully fill or it was misplaced or the refill I had was discontinued. I understand standing In line for 15 minutes to pick up a prescription that was ordered the day before, but getting to the front of the line to be told theybdin't know what has happened and it will be another 30 minutes while they now fill it is unacceptable. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is usually nice to me. The perfume and cologne lady knows who I am and usually says hi and smiles but today there was a new girl that was kind of rude. I was looking around for my sister and I didn't know she was already outside and the new lady told me to leave. Didn't ask if I needed help or assistance, just told me to leave in the most rude way possible. I understand portage has a problem with shoplifters but I been shopping at this place for years and some of the staff know who I am. She didn't have to be so rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you renew a 90 day prescription for 30 days not once but twice and then do that to family so you can make more money and drive people to your store you lose business. We have moved our prescriptions out after being Shopper clients for 30+ years. Your greed is a motivator for me. Bye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is clean, never really crowded, nice self checkout. I’ve only ever been to grab a grocery item or two. Friends have had trouble with prescriptions so I’d hesitate to use the pharmacy but as a convenience store it’s fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called looking to see if they had xbox controllers in stocks. Was told if you want to know you have to come to the store. Normally I would just stop in but as explained to the lady I live 25min from town and didn't want to make a worthless trip. Was told " I understand but we are not allowed to give that information over the phone" . Lmao really

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into the store last week almost in tears after one of the most stressful days at work and needed a product for my son. I asked an old lady in uniform , she didn't have any idea about the product and referred me to the pharmacy. A lady pharmacist came to the aisle with me and found exactly what I needed , I owe her an apology as I was very rude to her initially but she greeted me with smile and explained very well about the medicine. I found her friendly and informative.
I also recently got my booster shot here and truly appreciate the service I received even though they were very busy.
I stopped dealing with this pharmacy 2 years ago but now they made me feel welcome and given great service
