I'm extremely happy with the phone and the deal I got. I wanted a good smartphone that did the basics, and Zade recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with him helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend best Telus|Koodo store. Also the store was very clean and proper covid measures were followed.

He really went out of his way and I’m so thankful, I also had help from Ishaan who was another excellent staff member. If i could give 10 stars I would the service here is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into this store because I needed a cell phone screen protector and the sales consultant Kenan was more than I could of asked for he was able to offer me a screen protector that is not sold in other stores I had tried to get protectors from. He had a machine that could cut the exact screen protector for my phone that I could get glare free or regular glare, which also offered nano technology protection. He installed it on my phone for me and I was on my way immediately. The service from Kenan was great.

They assisted us with finding the right phone and plan and even transferring all of our data. I appreciated their help immensely.
