★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karryn Arato the owner is so sweet and helpful. When you walk into her space it is warm, comforting with soothing background music. She is great to talk to and will assist you with your issue. I am already feeling relief from her ear candling service. If I could give her 6 stars I would immediately without hesitation. Definitely will repeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been seeing Karryn Arato for approximately 10 years. During this time, Karryn has always been professional and takes pride in her job. She has always made me feel comfortable, always engaging in a conversation with me in order to distract me from the procedure. This is what I love most about Karryn. She's interesting to talk to and has a great sense of humour. Her clinic also provides a variety of services and provides a non-judgmental atmosphere and welcomes individuals of diverse backgrounds. Karryn has told me that she loves her job because she is able to meet so many different types of people. I highly recommend her services and WT Wellness Center.

She is gentle, kind and nurturing, and always eager to make a personal connection with her clients. Her warm and charming manner puts you at ease right away. You can feel her love and joy towards everyone and everything. Highly recommended!

She is professional, kind and always makes me feel very comfortable and welcome. I am a Holistic Nutritionist and have sent many of my clients to her Wellness Center and everyone is extremely happy with her services.

I have used her ear candling as well as other services offered at the center and have always felt well treated and cared for. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to go for colon hydrotherapy all the time, for years when Karryn was running the place. Hadn't gone recently due to financial difficulties. But I was really struggling with digestion and thought a colonic might help. So naturally I called West Toronto Wellness, knowing Karryn had moved on.
I booked an appointment with Jenny for later that week and booked a day off work. She cancelled it the day of, due to an emergency illness. Understandable. She noted some dates she was available the following week, and again I booked time off work but she just NEVER RESPONDED. Like, doesn't want my money or something.
Brutal. This place has gone way downhill.
