β β β β β My first pedicure since COVID hit and it was great to go back here! Friendly, professional staff; super-clean (as always); and, as always, great job on my pedi (Montana was amazing!!!)! The one thing I miss is the beverage service. I understand why they haven't brought that back yet, but I hope they can bring it back soon!

The only issue was that my lady didnβt know how to get my tough to reach angles right and I had to step in to offer moving my position otherwise she was struggling. I guess she was new but I never had that issue before with any waxer! Otherwise she was thorough and checked for missed spots.

β β β β β I love the ten spot so much. Their x membership program is SO worth it and keep me on top of my waxing. Basanta at the Bloor West Village location is the best! Highly recommend any of the ten spot services!

β β β β β Had a great, professional and COVID-safe quickie pedicure today with Tanya. From the moment I walked in the door, she was friendly and efficient and did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Will come back again for future services so I can rest easy and not worry about cleanliness. This location has always been super clean and sanitized, even before the pandemic. Their prices are higher than most of the smaller independent nail salons, but I think (and hope) that reflects that they pay their employees a living wage and donβt re-use material or skimp on products. This is my go-to nail spot.

β β β β β I have always gone to the Ten Spot ever since I moved to Toronto. Iβve tried two of their locations and I have always been treated very kindly and respectfully. The space is clean and bright and the staff are friendly, welcoming, professional, and gentle.

β β β β β The technician did for me named Cindy. Trust me Iβve been many places for waxing and she is the best. She could handle any type of hair, short, long, and her skills are just so good, and professional. Some places they donβt mind the clients, they did not put their hands on after they took the strips out, and on the same day, I came to the Waxon salon closeby this store, their staffs told me the clients need to trim themselves, clean it themselves and make it short perfectly enough in order for their staffs do the service, their jobs are just do wax - not trim, or cut the hair, so I luckily found The Ten Spot when they do your things, with care and respect. This is the first time I went and tried the service at The Ten Spot, you will not be disappointed, I guarantee! If sheβs available, you should schedule the service you want with Cindy!
