N	Niki Bryce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this location to purchase the Vanish PFB ULTRA. Picked it up and left 10/16/2021. Received a call saying they under charged me. I paid $25+tax but it was supposed to be $34+tax. I was asked to pay the balance and to do so they would send me the link via text. I was driving home and received 3 text msg's saying "please pay for your service". Got another call saying, when can I make the payment? The text to pay expires within mins. I was driving home, so I was not able to do it. The girl said she would call back another time because they close soon. The next day 10/27/201 I got a call from another location asking for payment. Considering this was no fault of mine and they are asking for another $9+tax, it was becoming annoying and unprofessional. I made the payment right after that call when the text was sent "please pay for your service". This was my first time interacting with this place and it will my last time.

They make you fill out a waiver and then never read its contents and as a result they never know my pronouns or medical conditions (which begs the question how COVID-safe is this place...)

However, it is not wheelchair, stroller or mobility aid accessible at all. I booked for bull bikini, leg and underarms online. I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism of the bikini. The technician obviously knew what she was doing, was confident in her abilities and took no time at all with no superfluous waxes. A second technician did the arm pits and legs. This session did not go as smoothly, as a learnt this new technician was very junior (less than a month on the job). I would have liked if this information was provided at the time of booking and if there was a reduced price for the junior technician.

They’re also very professional, thorough and quick. If you’re thinking of changing over from waxing to sugaring- start here!!
F	Fae Daniels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was given a technician with very poor technique, so painful that I asked her to stop halfway because it was pure torture - I've been getting this service for well over 5 years, I know what its supposed to feel like with even a halfway trained tech. Painfully grimaced through as much as I could before ending the session and politely asked the front desk not to book me in with that technician in the future only for the manager to come storming out of the back to yell in my face about how I'm wrong about her technician being untrained - if she was not brand new then they must have a horrible training program because I was in severe pain I haven't felt since my hardwax days. Very poor service very poor handling of customer feedback. I have since found other attendants that are satisfactory but if you're a sensitive person don't come to this location, the staff are extremely rude and will fully scream in your face over honest feedback/ attempts to protect yourself from physical harm because of unskilled technicians.

It was my first time at this salon and my first time experiencing sugar waxing (why did i wait this long!). The front receptionist was soft spoken, kind and willing to answer all my questions. The technician who performed my full -arm sugar waxing was informative (provided a lot of education to me as a client) and took her time. She paid close attention to detail. My arms have never looked or felt better. Cant wait to start doing more sugar waxing on my body!
