★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My best friend booked a surprise spa day for my birthday, it was a relaxing experience to say the least. We did a 30 minute spa, a lavender manicure and ended the day with afternoon tea. I would definitely recommended the spa at the Old Mill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went old mill not the spa for company retreat was great the brunch was fantastic the food was hot , service is great after our brunch went in one of the rooms for Mysteriously Yours that was fantastic everyone has to try it its lots of fun .The old mil is like your going back in time which is good all staff are pleasant and helpful everything inside and outside is clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to to Old Mill for their weekend tea. It was wonderful. They had a great variety of teas and the petite sandwiches and desserts were fabulous. We sat in a very charming room overlooking the yard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived right in time for our massages. Then takes time to get to the actual spa check-in counter because it's in the hotel and then fill out their health form. Then you have to go to another floor to get to your room and undress. 20 minutes later they started. They take that out of your schedules time. No one bothered to even give us a heads up on that. I was with two 70 year olds. Nice customer service. Mediocre massage. Will not be visiting again.

THIS PLACE SUPPORTS RUSSIA..
I was trying to book a Massage for 90 minutes with a Male stuff..the only person who was available had a name 'Alexander'. I called in to find out if he was Russian or Ukrainian. The Director of a Spa took a call and told me that I'm discriminating their stuff and ITS NOT OF MY BUSINESS. IT IS MY BUSINESS HONEY AS IM PAYING THE MONEY !!!! SHE hung up on me..she had the audacity..DONT GO HERE..NOT ONLY THEY OFFER AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ALSO SUPPORT RUSSIA..he's Russian if she acts this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really don't know. Was very difficult to get through to book anything. If you book a room package, you have to also book the spa part, the hotel will not. Seems as though its all piece meal, and it caters to a certain type of clientele. I gave it a 3 because of the trouble I had booking and the way everything was broken up.
I'm sure it's a fine establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a spa appointment here and it was just divine. Great service, good ambience and a beautiful location. The spa is part of the Inn located in a quiet part of town, lots of character with a Wedding Garden on the side. Certainly recommend trying it out
