i went to store today, the lady working there was very nice and she gave me a good deal. she was very helpful and kind.

I went to buy a phone with a plan,lady gave me a good deal .very nice customer service.

Horrible customer service, representative in store has no idea what they are doing and only cares to make sales. I waited 1hour in store just to switch account information and he sends me back and forth between calling the phone company and his own retail help line. In the end nothing was accomplished.

yesterday the 10th I arrived at the store door to pay for my phone, I arrived at 6:54 pm the door is locked and there was a maid at the counter, I touched the door and asked the maid to answer me and she shook her head saying she wouldn't be me answer it because the door was closed, the door has a 7:00 pm time, not a 6:54 pm time, which was the time now, it’s already 3 times this time because of my work but it’s not just because I keep time but it seems to me that the maid would be the owner because of the way she is disliked but I am disappointed with this place. sorry but I had to share this because it is several times or else check the schedule and put it close at 6:30 pm

I've been coming here since they opened, since Wind mobile was around before they changed over to Freedom. The last 3 phones I had were ordered from there, the gentleman that usually helps me is great. Today I went in looking to upgrade my phone and plan. I had to wait an extra amount of time because they were on break (understandable) and when they opened up I went in. The girl at the counter was dismissive to the information I was asking about, told me to go somewhere else like a corporate store. This I understand, it's happened before to me. But the way she handled everything was unprofessional and rude. I was also asking to upgrade my contract, she never explained any deals, just to go online or call the service provider. Didn't offer to explain any other promotions or anything, just we don't have it, are not ordering it, we ordered something else so you'll have to go somewhere else. I initially left, but this situation didn't sit right with me. I went back to ask her her name because I was going to complain. That is when she got on her phone to call her boss and changed her tone a bit, told him on the phone I was asking for her name. I was patient, did not argue or raise my voice, but at this point it seemed like she was just covering herself and only acted because I was going to complain. I heard everything on the phone, it was the same guy that used to help me. After she got off the phone she went on about Freedom and how they are having issues with their signal and they don't want to order a lot because they won't sell or they will get returned merchandise. My previous experiences when the phone I requested was not in stock was the guy at the desk called the provider for me to place an order. He took the time to help me update my contract and upgrade my phone even though it was not in stock. I recieved that phone in the mail the following week with a new plan. I got the impression that the staff member in the store was lazy, unprofessional and did not want to be bothered even though the store was empty. Wow, what a difference in customer service and business etiquette. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I hope the owner reads this because this is why your business will go down. It doesn't make sense for you to be open if I can just order online out of convenience. By going to your store I try to support your small business. But when you treat customers this way you will end in failure and not success. Very disappointed with how this employee treats its customers and how everything was handled. If you want the sales, don't tell people who come to your store to shop somewhere else.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to return the two phone cases I bought one day ago, as they were very poor quality. After checking the receipt, the saleslady said that this is the final sale and she can not issue the refund. I was not notified that it was the final sale when I was buying those phone cases. There is also no written announcement of the final sale in the store. Finally, the saleslady called the manager and he confirmed that the money will not be refunded. Both the saleslady and the manager could not answer my question "Why they do not notify their customers about the final sale?" Horrible customer service, they only care to make sales. They definitely break the following Canadian All Sales Final policy: - “If you have an all sales final policy, it must be posted so customers see it before they buy.” Unprofessional, disrespectful and rude staff. If you do not want to waste your time and money do not even think of visiting them.
