★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As soon as I walked in the cashier rolled her eyes at me. There was someone at the cash so I waited for my turn in order to ask a question. Took a good 5 mins for the cashier to even acknowledge me. When she finally decided to give me the time of day, I asked if they carried a certain product and she rudely pointed at the back of the store. You could tell that she was annoyed by the fact that I was in the store. I’m assuming because i’m Caucasian. So I find the comb I was looking for and walked to the cash and asked if they had a min transaction amount if I paid by debit. Again, she rolled her eyes at me and rudely said $5. I should have left at this point, but decided to see what other products I could buy (hair products for my kids that are mix). So I tried opening the cap of one bottle to smell the product and another lady that works there rudely tells me ‘hey we don’t open bottles in this store so that you can put your finger in it.” Who would stick their finger in a product..? I guess she would have preferred me to waste the product by spritzing or squiring it out of the bottle. As far as I’m concerned no one is going to buy a product without knowing what it smells like. At this point I had enough and just walked out. I guess they dint care about making money. I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found a piece here like no other place had (Ragga, and 4 other stores on Jane), the softest, shiniest ponytail. It made my day. Also, seemed to care about their customers. She upsold me on some 6 elastics didn't need, but meh whatever.
