Been going to him since I was 13 I’m now in my 30s. He’s awesome, fills you in on what’s he’s doing etc

Best dentist ever! He’s a miracle worker. Super nice guy too. Can’t say enough good things about him.

Been going here since I was 8 years old. I’m 20 now and I never want another dentist. He’s very gentle and accommodating for your dental and financial needs!

Friendly staff, great environment, first time I ever felt comfortable visiting a dentist office, Dr. Zimmerman was great, took me in as soon as he heard I have an emergency, very professional and friendly. Looking forward to my next visit.

I've been going there for almost 10 years and it's been a wonderful visit every single time. Dr. Zimmerman and the Dental Hygienists knows how to take care of their patients. I would highly recommend this place.

Amazing dentist with amazing staff! Especially the receptionist Leigh! Dr. Zimmerman let's you know what he's doing through the process, makes you feel comfortable and informed and just generally very pleasant. The receptionist is always very friendly! She makes you feel truly welcomed and was always a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend this office!

I became a client at this clinic in 2021 - I went twice (initial and cavity), and I enjoyed Dr. Zimmerman and the hygienist staff (5/5 - great work!). Recently (02/24/2022), I received a call to confirm my appointment for 02/28/2022 - I was busy as I manage a professional services firm. I could not have been prepared for the call I received today (02/25/2022). It started with what i thought would be a reschedule call - it was not! The receptionist Starts ... "you didn't call me back to confirm." - "I know, I'm busy and had it in my calendar to call @ noon" "I'm leaving in 30 min" - "Sorry, but i got busy and forgot to call yesterday, thanks for calling back" "Can you make your appointment on Monday for 8:45?" -"No i can't, can I..." (totally cut me off) "Well now i have to fill the slot and the girls here need to pay for daycare, etc." - "I don't understand, you're open till 1 today and I was going to call to reschedule" "a long diatribe about her job and why am I mad that she's doing her job" - "I'm not mad at you doing you job, I don't appreciate this aggressiveness" "call me back when you figure out when you can come" Call Ended - I TRIED to reschedule - but she wasn't having it! I couldn't believe it! Possibly the WORST interaction I've ever had with a receptionist. I sent a cancelation request for me and my family via their website. It seems to me that they worry more about cycling clients through and paying their staff than being epithetic to life's situations (they are aware I'm also a caregiver for an individual with Alzheimer's - who was also a client - unit now). I mean my appointment was 4 days away... I guess all that dental work they quoted through my insurance is going to a new dentist along with any other dental work my family needs. Outrageous interaction!
