The office is really lovely and clean, and everyone took the time and care to explain everything that they were doing very thoroughly. They give you great summary forms about which procedures you had done and why, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

For ny first visit, a full exam was conducted and everything was properly explained to me and I had the opportunity to ask questions. The staff was friendly and very informative. They also worked around my schedule to book appointments that were convenient to me. Given my experience thus far I am sure my other appointments will be more then satisfactory!
J	J G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite simply, this is the best dental experience I've ever had. It took me a very long time to find a dental team that I trust and feel at ease with. Every aspect of the experience is catered to with care. The office is beautiful, clean, and the equipment seems to be state-of-the-art. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, gentle, non-judgmental (which is a big one for me), and take their time with you. For both appointments I've had so far (initial exam and crown work) I was informed every step of the way - given more detail about my dental health than I've ever received anywhere else. It was very empowering and comforting. Dr. Lee was amazing. He was very understanding and skilled in helping me through some procedure anxiety. Talked me through everything he was doing; stopped at key points to show me pictures of my mouth to explain where we started, where we were at, and what's coming next. At all times I felt like I was in very capable hands. One thing you should know before going in is that if you have a benefits plan, you'll need to pay the full cost of the treatment at the time of service, and get reimbursed by your insurance company afterwards. In all my previous experience, the dental office would coordinate to get payment directly from the benefits provider and customer pays the portion not covered. It's not a big deal at all -- just something you should be prepared for going in. Thanks to the JFD team for being so awesome. You truly deserve all of these fantastic reviews.

I had a wisdom teeth extraction, a flossing, and a cavity filling which was done in a way that made me feel extremely comfortable. All the staff here are nice, super helpful, and friendly. I had a very good impression with them, especially Ms. Carla and Dr. Lee. I don't recall everyone's names, but they're all wonderful!

Their whole team is great, but these two have seen me through some major dental surgeries and always made me feel safe while doing excellent work. (Extractions, bone grafting, and implants) I’ve had a needle phobia since childhood and they use special techniques to calm me and get me through it. I never feel judged no matter how hysterical I become. I’m actually getting better at it because of them! I feel good about bringing my whole family to Junction Family Dentistry and I’m so happy to have found them!! You keep me smiling ?

The staff are very friendly and made sure I understood my treatment and how it helped my overall health and the condition of my teeth. Dr. Shanny did an amazing job removing all 4 of my wisdom teeth, and made sure I was comfortable during and after the procedure. The office is very clean and has a calm welcoming atmosphere. My anxiety of going to a new dentist was alleviated after a phone call with one of the associates that patiently answered all of my questions. During my appointments I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the offices and the professionalism of all the staff. All procedures were clearly explained while viewing my X-rays before and after treatments were completed. I was also given excellent information to help with home maintenance and health. I highly recommend this dental office.
