w	william pimenta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice local pharmacy but Junction Chemist should not be allowed to be a covid 19 testing site. You can't get a PCR test unless you have symptoms. This Pharmacy asks that you call their phone number to bock a test appointment. The problem is they never answer the call in line provided. After finally booking my test I waited in cold weather more than an hour after my scheduled test time. After finally being tested so I could join my family for Christmas, I was let down again with online test result portal message that MY TEST RESULTS HAD NOT YET BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE ONTARIO LABORATORIES INFORMATION SYSTEM.
P	Parham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small family run pharmacy with diverse variety of services. Very helpful staff, specially during hard times of pandemic offering vaccination, PCR testing for travel or when it was ok for people with symptoms. Fortunate to have them in our neighbourhood.

G	Gord Hunt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this pharmacy one of the most unprofessional pharmacies I've ever dealt with. The hospital sent them perscriptions to be filled. Two of items were diabetic neccessites. One being a glucometer for testing my blood sugars the other being insulin pens. They sent the test strips, needles but no machine to use the test strips and needles in to test my blood sugars. As well they sent the insulin pens with no tips for the pens. To inject the insulin. Then when questioned about this the next day. They refused to provide an answer to this Then informed me they felt threatened by me because I was requesting an answer. At which point they hung up on me and refused to answer any further questioning. There are several other pharmacies in the area and I would suggest using them. If you want to be treated professionaly and recieve adequate care.
A	Alyna Wyatt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Junction Chemist Pharmacy are just amazing. The service is friendly and welcoming, quick yet calm. There is another pharmacy closer to our house but I drive a bit further to go to the team here rather. Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable reception over phone confirmed both: type of tests available, and whether appointment was required (it was not). An equally big thank to Allen for emailing results later in evening- well past store closing hours- near to 10pm- yikes Double thumbs up for first impressions.

They were so kind, accommodating, and did everything they could to ensure those needing a test could get one. Their perseverance in the cold weather was remarkable. So grateful for the work they have done throughout the entire pandemic!
