We have gotten minor procedures done such as routine cleaning, to more major procedures such as wisdom teeth extractions. We have been very happy with their service and the general concerns they have for our oral health. Dr. Ondhia and her staff's approach is very 'human', very personal as they take time to get to know you and your family. It's been great getting to know everyone there too! It really is a family friendly environment and I look forward to coming back for many years to come. As oral healthcare providers they always ensure to treat us fairly and with respect. I appreciate that when I ask questions they do their best to provide honest opinions and options. During Covid-19 I have felt safe with the safety procedures this clinic has implemented. I would recommend them to anyone!

That was nearly five years ago and I've been a happy patient ever since. I've always been a little iffy about going to the dentist but Dr. Ondhia is great. With her, I have had cleanings, fillings and front teeth crowns replaced. Each job was done professionally and with attention to detail but more importantly, everything was explained and I never felt pressured if I needed to defer for personal reasons. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and happy to work with any insurance I've had over the years. If you're looking for a dentist in the west end Bloor West Dental is a great option

Jenny is always friendly and upbeat upon entering the office. The entire team is accommodating, thorough and professional. I refer friends and family consistently. My two children and husband are also patients. Dr. Nisha is great with children as well as adults. I most recently had an Invisalign treatment. The process was seemless and I’m thrilled with the result. Along with Dr. Nisha, Juni was an asset in guiding me through the experience. Thank you to the full team. Bloor West Dental is a great place for al your oral care needs!

Staff were very diligent and ensured I sanitized my hands both upon entering and leaving and that tells me all patients had to do the same. I’ve had a filling over the years that has needed constant replacement, and Dr. Ondhia recommended a more permanent fix (overlay) and the whole procedure was quick and painless - extremely happy with the results! Thank you again to everyone at BWD and see you at my next cleaning. I highly recommend!

My daughters 7 and 5 had their first cleaning here and it couldn't have gone better. Pavi and Linda were amazing with them, and the kids left feeling proud of themselves and looking forward to their next visit.

The office management team has created a very well organized and welcoming atmosphere and the dental care team has really proven over the last two years that they really listen & care about their patients. I may have been receiving dental care from them, but it has always been largely focused on improving health from a holistic point of view. Since switching to this practice, I have had my bite corrected via Invisalign which also in turn set me on a health and wellness journey in which I’ve now lost 30 pounds and have never felt better. I challenge anyone to talk to Dr. Ondhia about health and wellness and not walk away inspired. It’s always time very well spent! So glad and grateful that I made the switch.

The hygienist (Pavi) did a thorough job with my teeth. She listened to my concerns regarding sensitivity and made sure I wasn't in any pain throughout the treatment. Everyone in the office is super friendly. I am so impressed!
