β β β β β Dr. Paltsev and his team, including Margherita the dental hygienist, provided the most professional and accommodating services to a new client myself during the troubled COVID-19 times.
Dr. Paltsev and his team are kind and gentle with me that turned a dentophobe like myself who had neglected dental health for a decade feeling comfortable to come back for continued appointments!
Their service was extremely detailed, efficient and professional with a very personable touch.
Shoutout to Margherita who had spent time working on my day-to-day dental care routine. I highly recommend Dr. Paltsev's practice to anyone who is looking for a peace of mind while sitting in the chair. I am very grateful to have discovered this practice in the Bloor West village area.

He has become a close friend of ours, always making sure we're 100% satisfied after every check-up. β β β β β Dr. Paltsev is one of the best dentist I've ever came across. He is extremely friendly and caring. He always takes great care of my dental needs within a short time period. Along with the dentist, the staff is great. I feel welcomed and at home at this office. The location of the office is convenient considering the fact that it's nearby the Jane subway.

β β β β β Very nice, cozy little office and room. The receptionist was very polite and did her job well. Dr. Paltsev is a very good dentist-very knowledgeable with a pleasant manner. I felt relaxed. I was worrying too much about needing ortho and periodontic treatment again and he put my mind at ease. And he did an excellent job on my teeth along with his assistant-she was very good too!! I'm returning! I recommend his service!

β β β β β Dr. Paltsev and his team are always amazing, it's a small practice and they really care. I don't have insurance or benefits so the allow me to do a payment plan. They are gentle even with the two root canals I needed over the last few years. I recently moved up North with a dental clinic shining brightly across the street from me, but I still booked my appointment with Dr. Paltsev about 100km away.
