★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for an appointment to have an extraction. Was told the price, which I have to say was outrageous. Finally got my appointment. I had to take off work with no pay. Got there. Was about a 20-minute wait (not too bad). Took x-rays, saw dental hygienist. Was then seen by a Russian female dentist. Now it's an hour and 15 minutes. She then says, "Well we can't pull it today." I'm like, "Well that is why I am here?" They then send me to see office manager/admin lady, who proceeds to tell me the extraction is 100.00 more than quoted. I tell them I don't have 100.00 extra dollars. I have been out of work for4 months. I then asked about "loan." or to work out a payment plan. She said 'We are not a BANK, to loan you money and that there are other patients who can make payments and have insurance. What an arrogant answer, had I known that they are going to quote one price over the phone and jack up the price at the office I would of never gone there.
So needless to say, I did not get it pulled. It is now infected, which will now cost way more! Wasted my time and was treated like homeless.

I have never had a bad experience with them, and all the dental work they did has stood the test of time. I have recommended them to my friends and would again - this place is top notch!

Recently Luba and her assistant Anna did their best with my front lower teeth. Due to their attention to details and flexibility I can openly smile now and feel happier than before. I am very grateful and fortunate to be their patient.

Staff cares about you and super friendly; with painless, and practical treatment. I highly recommend paying them a visit.
