★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife stopped in with my broken vibration motor issue on my iPhone XR. iRepair was able to fix it while she waited! I have had multiple batteries replaced there (all of my family's phones), and was always a good experience. Apple authorized repair centre, they use all the right parts etc. I trust them more than even the Apple store with my stuff.

He did some troubleshooting on some of my other devices and was very helpful. I have recommended this shop to everyone I see with a cracked screen. I totally trust the staff in this shop! Their prices are very reasonable too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyasha was super helpful and knowledgeable on the type of work required to repair my MacBook pro. I damaged my TouchBar on a 2019 MacBook pro (I dropped my phone and the impact cracked the screen). An Apple "authorized" repair shop would tell you you'd have to replace the entire logic board unnecessarily and at great cost. iRepair Junction (Apple certified!) recommended replacement only for the damaged part, which earned my trust. Price was reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. I would highly recommend iRepair Junction for any Apple products in need of repair. The staff are kind, patient, helpful and confident in their skills and scope of repair work. Even though the damage was painful the repair experience was painless. I'm so thankful for their services! These guys really know their stuff.

Upon initially visiting, the staff had offered to look at my 2011 Macbook Pro for free to do some cleaning (my Mac was acting slow) but I wasnt able to be without it at that time.
I had returned a few months later and couldn't believe the kindness I was offered. Nyasha was compassionate to my financial circumstances and offered to replace my battery and do some hardware/software clean-up to maximize my life expectancy of my Mac.
Nyasha updated me on potential issues with my Mac and cleaned up my self-installed Solid State Drive at no cost. He was so knowledgable on the technical aspects of my concerns and offered up technical know-how on how to save myself some headaches later down the road.
It was such a pleasant experience and I loved the feeling I had leaving the shop. Please if you are on the fence on bringing your Mac here, trust me when I say to BRING IT HERE. You will save...period! Rather than bringing it to a Mac Store and will gain a professional friendship that is so hard to find these days.
So grateful for their help, especially during these trying times. They truly care about each and every customer than comes in their doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were so awesome! They close at 5 but they stayed open later for me to come by quick when my laptop wasn’t connecting to the charger. He helped fix the problem. Will come back for sure if I have any other Mac product issues! :)
