D	Darcy Leyes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment today for 3:15 with their doctor. The clinic opens at 3, so there was only one person ahead of me. The doctor finally saw me at 3:45 with no apology or explanation, sat down, wrote some notes without looking at me, then left. 10 minutes later a nurse came in to give me my vaccination. She was really nice through. It seemed ridiculous to wait an hour, and then be treated with such little respect from The doctor. I will never return here.

I wanted to send an email but there's no way to find the address of this doctor. Dr. K. Green just hang up on me. I started telling my medical concerns and got interrupted. He didn't listen and rushed every second of it. After I shared my concerns, he said "Excuse me - how can I help you", asking for a solution with no interest to hear the concern. Without elaborating, he said he will do the referral for something I briefly mentioned, quickly said bye, and hung up. Without leaving a few seconds for me to reply. The whole call took 3 mins. It was 6 pm, but why would you work this late when you don't care? I hope he gets to read this (and management); to just realize that people can face emergencies from your negligence.
I	Irina Furman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed! We needed a walk-in clinic on Tuesday, and I have looked up Enhanced Care on Google - they were open until 7. I tried calling 5(!) times - no answer, but the recording indicated the clinic was open. So we ended up just walking over with my mother. And guess what - the doctor is not in today and will only be available tomorrow. My sick mom came over for nothing. So please, don't bother with this place - just go somewhere else, save yourself some time. Super disappointed!
R	Rita Hisar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately-VERY UNPROFESSIONAL -- my son went to the Clinic during operating hours only to be told that he must go home and wait for a phone call from the Doctor. The Doctor finally called asked a few questions and and said he would prescribe medication but then managed to forget to ask which pharmacy to send prescription to. We tried calling back but there is only a recording and no one answers. Is this a real Clinic?

I've found everyone in the office helpful, from the doctor to the pharmacy. I have been 3-4 times for flu shot or check-up and always had a good experience. I think the negative reviews are fakes.
M	Melina Perez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went directly and the ladys in the counter were very kind; they helped me to do the registration on the website, however; no doctor in the clinic, "just inquires by phone" ???? I registered in the website in order to receive the call. I received the call and the service was dreadful, (three minutes. call). The guy (doctor) did not ask anything, just what was the problem and when I stared to explain, he interrupted me to diagnose my problem, he asked me to go the pharmacy to buy certain medicine even when I mentioned that I took that medication before and it didn't work. The guy insisted and he finished the call insisting in what was my problem and saying: ok? Take care. I don't know if they are really doctors but the service is terrible. You should expect the worse. I never had this horrible experience in my life and I'm supposed coming from a "third world country" but honestly the service in my home country is way much better than here. I'm with a health problem and there is not service in the walks in in Toronto, I'm so disappointed.
C	Canadian Netizen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AT THIS WALK-IN CLINIC and the adjoining pharmacy as the walk-in clinic disrespects and wastes their patients' time. Checked their website before walking 45 minutes - with a cane - to get there. Website says they close at 7pm. Arrived after 6 and receptionist says they closed at 6pm! Told her to update their website, and she said she has already passed on that message but nothing was done. Maybe when the public catches wind of this clinic's lack of respect and professionalism for their prospective patients, they will actually take the time to update their hours. Would have given zero stars, but that is not an option. GO TO ANOTHER CLINIC AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME GOING THERE!

I was looking to book an appointment with a doctor to get a prescription and she told me I could have a doctor’s appointment over the phone for what I needed. A doctor then called me within 20 minutes and was able to give me further instructions and write me a prescription. I know there is often long waits with walk-ins and it may have just been for my particular prescription, but everything came together very quickly and the receptionist was very quick and kind. Overall positive experience!
