★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I scheduled an appointment after contacting unwired to have my cracked screened fixed. I showed up at exactly 4:00pm as instructed only to stand outside in the cold. I called, messaged, and emailed. No one got back to me or showed up. I am very disappointed.

**I ordered a computer from them almost 2 weeks ago. I have emailed and messaged the whatsapp number with no response. No change to my order status. I should have read the reviews first and I wouldn't be sitting here angry with no computer. I have asked to cancel with no response. I guess I'm opening a claim. What a way to run a business. Would give 0 stars if I could.

We bought phone and after our purchase they weren’t responding, we sent at least 10 e-mails, I called more than 4 weeks, I sent them messages through their whatsapp channel and they are scammers. They didn’t respond anything they didn’t gave any information about out product that was scratched and used and the box was open. My biggest regrets and I am going to mentioned about their terrible service everywhere. I hope no one is got something from them if they don’t have any chance to go their place in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always I've been trying to give local small businesses my business so I purchased a device on their website that I could have easily picked up in a big box store for less. It was in stock and I paid for local delivery and even tipped. its been a week so far and no change in shipment status at all and no response from anyone after sending multiple messages throughout the week 1 through email and the rest through the whatsapp number provided. I understand its a small business and going through some tough times during this pandemic, however I feel that it shouldn't be that hard to have an employee or the owner(s) themselves fulfilling orders or at the very least responding to emails and messages. I hope they understand the frustration their customers must feel when dropping almost a thousand bucks only to be left in the dark. A message or notice on their website would prevent such a negative experience.
Update: * someone got back to me and had an explanation. Item arrived eventually, editing to 4 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend. I required a PS4 Repair.They said repair would be on a best-effort basis.I have tried to follow up by email and by telephone call (mailbox full for 2 weeks). No response has been received.
I was directed to these guys by Best Buy Geek Squad. I will tell them about this experience.
Customer service is just as important as the work required.
