A	Alex A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is like walking into a time capsule of everything retro gaming, card games, and collectibles. Segments of the store is devoted to your retro games, and also current games like Switch, PS4/5 and Xbox. Generally speaking, the experience of buying things was always hit/miss for me. Sometimes I'd find fantastic games that I couldn't find anywhere else for a pretty decent price. Other times, I'd find games that I'd really want but priced higher than pricecharting/ebay values. Pricing really is depending on what you're looking for. If you're a frugal gamer, I'd look elsewhere. If you don't mind shelling the money, then this place has it all. Customer service is also exceptional with people who clearly know their craft and will often make recommendations if you're unsure what latest adventure you want to embark in.
R	Ruth Carter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a 2021-2022 Upper Deck Hobby Box November 2021 as a Christmas gift. Due to delays from Upper Deck I was not able to get before Christmas. They released the box yesterday so I asked about the status of my order; they were apologetic but were unable to fill my order because they are not a diamond dealer yet. Appreciate the quick refund of my purchase and the quick response to my inquiries on the order, disappointed I didn't hear from them on this matter when they knew they wouldn't be receiving the box.

As a customer, I've been able to chat away over the years with the owners who are very nice people. This is my "go-to" game store. Definitely recommend a visit. Even if you don't buy something, you're not pressured to do so - so it literally feels like a gaming museum.

This place is awesome, and if you like video games/trading cards/collectibles/comics/board games/manga/the list goes on then this place absolutely is for you. They have stuff I never knew existed, games I have never seen in physical editions before. They have collectible editions of games released over 10 years ago. Their card selection is impressive and the STAFF is fantastic. They all know their stuff and they all always willing to disperse knowledge and their prices are so up to date you will never get scammed here. Its a gem, and a place I hope never closes for if it does a piece of me will die with it.

I'll be the first to admit that I'm a little skeptical when it comes to first-time purchases from online retailers, particularly smaller businesses, but I am very pleased to admit that A & C Games definitely did not disappoint! They have a wide selection of games for virtually every platform online (pages upon pages to scroll through), and everything from placing my order to delivery was perfect (I even received a response from the store within 15 minutes of e-mailing an inquiry about my order). As if that wasn't enough, the order was shipped the same day and delivered to my doorstep the DAY AFTER I placed my order, with tracking! I'll definitely be checking this place out again :)

The store has so much to see and always has an amazing mix of video game music going on in the background. With the pandemic I've ordered lots of stuff online (particularly amiibo cards - their prices can't be beat!) and every time my orders have been shipped quickly - sometimes even on the same day! - and are always super well packaged and accurate! The staff are super nice and helpful as well, and have helped me fix up orders where I accidentally ordered a duplicate card. All in all, this place has everything and is absolutely worth checking out!
