★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately there is no star on review how to try kid toy mask size when never open? horrible customer service never if you buy here back to return because they say the toys or everything open I try the masked on my son face that was very narrow and nevere wore that I bring it back to store the manager very very rood and never return because I bring the original box without damage she so rude I will sue the store like this because after pandemic would be nicer with castumer 40$ does not matter but the behavior and attitude and be nice with another race that cause of matter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was blown away by the sheer size, and amount of merchandise to buy. There's 2 floors with an exclusive area for gaming and relaxing. There's a great selection of t-shirts, collectibles and other limited gaming merch. I wish we had EB Games like this in the US!!

Zack is a gem! Ashley is a delight to chat with! They also had another team member with them that i forgot to get the name of - he is also super knowledgeable! ( dec 14 team around 2:30pm )
Overall - i strongly recommend and best believe i will be back!

Saw a review below giving this store 1 star because they interact with their customers?? You must have no friends.
Also another review below of someone being pouty because it's a PANDEMIC and they were told not to open a box. That sounds like a you problem... not the employees fault they're following rules and want to keep it safe.
This location always wants the best for their customers and the staff are so wholesome and sweet. Thanks Jen, Zak, Chris, Ashley and the rest of the staff ? ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical EB Games that is this size, loads of merchandise tee- shirts, stuffed comic/game characters, back packs. Three staff working they were occupied by organizing the merch and there was a guy at the desk. Two others were walking around the store, staff acknowledged them... not a word to me. I would come back, though with Playstation 5 and new X-Box pushing for online game purchases this may result in EB Games becoming the next Blockbuster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service, the employees are very nice and easy to deal with. They also hold pre-ordered items up to 4 days for EDGE members. If there wasn't alrrady GameStop near my place this is the one I'd definitely be taking my business too.
