J	James A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the slowlest and rudest fast food chain on the planet. There were 3 people ahead of me when i ordered one single whopper meal, took staff not exaggerating 20 minutes to have my order ready. 20 MINs. Lets that sink in

They were keep insisting I am not customer and I told them my girl friend bought me a combo uncle burger five minutes ego . I said : I am customer , but they were disrespecting me and were telling me i am not customer. They are bankrupting the downtown area by closing washroom and disrespecting customer. I will never order food from this restaurant again.

Their employees don’t care about their restaurant, they’ll let anyone exploit their premises and it’s always dirty and unsafe! Don’t recommend this place at all! Their floor was definitely last mopped in 1977
U	Uzo Odili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 243 Yonge St, Burger King is literally weird, besides the fact that the space is permanently dirty, the ladies are weird and rude, they act more like I don’t deserve to serve you, it’s my third time of walking in and they literally slam cold beef on bread with no bacon and cheese and the most annoying bit is you tend to find out when you are home. I had to request for salt to be added on my chips as she was literally going to place it in the bag without which has been done on two occasions prior and for some reason I used to think it was in my head until another customer of the same ethnicity complained of the same attitude. It’s sad because it could be better than what it is with their attitude checked.
M	Mireya Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here on March 24, around 12PM. The cashier (I don’t know her name, she’s the black girl) is rude and deaf. I ordered 3 whopper big/standard size. She asked me again 3 whopper junior right? I kept saying I want the big/standard whopper for like 10 times but she couldn’t understand somehow. And why she assumed us, big adults, to eat junior size burger? When I though she finally understand, she tried to charge me for 3 whopper junior. When I asked her to change it to standard size, she insisted that I said Junior and didn’t bother to change the size for me. When I told her that I said big/standard not junior, she started raising her voice at me as if I didn’t say big/standard whopper 10 times. That’s the worse customer service I’ve experienced in my life. Why can’t she just change the size instead of starting a fight with the customer? I wasn’t even raising my voice or being rude to her at all. I’m never coming back. The cashier should get fired. Why someone like her can even work in the customer service industry? She ruined my mood for the day.

There are a couple customers come in without mask and staff didn’t say a word. The only “good” thing is my food is hot and I don’t have any tummy issue afterwards.
