Had such a great experience and liked them so much I wanna send them a thank you basket. The staff were quick and efficient and made great recommendations.

As someone who has never purchased a winter boot, the folks were really on top of their game with recommendations on functionality, sizing, looks etc. The store and the employees had a great vibe and were extremely helpful, friendly and personable. Huge shoutout to Riam for being extremely patient and understanding with my purchase and showing a variety of options while having really valuable advice on each pair. Cheers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is fantastic…and by store I mean staff. We were down here for a concert and I had conveniently forgotten my jacket at home. We popped in here to pick up a coat so I could traipse around the streets of Toronto . The staff were absolutely fantastic. Helped me find the size I needed , checked the back for extras . Really went about and beyond with customer service. I ended up buying more than just a jacket. You guys rule. If we are ever back we will pop in for sure.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this location.
The delightful woman that cashed me out was all kinds attentive and wonderful.
But the one that really stood out was Gabriela, all kinds of good energy. Seems to appreciate her job. Which is refreshing especially in these times
It really makes a difference when the staff really enjoy what there selling.
