Hero Certified Burgers

I mean they were the worst hero burger i ever had.. very bad quality meat ! Dont recommend this location !

Always received great service when I order from this location. Friendly, outgoing staff. Convenient location. Good location to grab a meal while you sit outdoors to eat on a nice day. My meals are always prepped hot, when I pick up my order at the exact time it's ready.

This comment is for USMAN Modi. Your comment about this restaurant is 100% wrong. Looking back at the comments you made about other restaurants is pathetic. Maybe you should eat at home with such bad experiences. That Hero Burger location does accept Debit and Credit Cards. However the debit/credit card machine was down on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. they couldn’t get the tech to come out and change the machine. If you had taken the time to ask your concerns would have been addressed. Also with 1000’s of people at the skating rink always in need of Ice Pack , band AIDS , Change , Water,Napkins etc. could you imagine the cost to the owner. That’s why they offer Kleenex packs. Safe clean and at a cost. So Mr USMAN please take time to ask relevant questions and don’t assume that they are there paying rent , staff , buying the napkins so you can be service for free.

This store should be shut down. Absolutely rude customer service. is not respectful of its customers, refusing to take an order after their closing hours ( which is fine ), but when an another group of indian people came by suddenly he became very friendly and took their orders even tho they came after the closing time. What a shame.

Had to try after a visit to Canada due to the hype. The burgers were decent taste wise, though the price, portion and quality ratio did not seem to stack up. Plus seemed slower in terms of service from orders to making the gourmet burger category - could be this particular location. On the plus side it is Halal certified and within a great location; near the Toronto sign and photogenic scenery. Though it was freezing when we got there and raining, so it was a shame there were no seating areas or some sort of small cover near by.

No strawberry no banana in smoothie. Pricey for the small size. I recommend to go and buy something from the food trucks in the vicinity

I have been coming to Hero Certified Burger ( 100 Queen Street West ) on regular basis with my girlfriend. The food and service seem to be good every time. The manager/ owner seem to be nice and has been operating the establishment by himself most of the time lately. Today on Saturday May 30, 2020 I order my regular order, 2 Burgers and fries. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I finally received my order and sat down close by at the City Hall Benches to enjoy my meal. After checking my takeout bag for the salt that I requested, I had return to get salt. After seating down nearby again, my burgers were warm, the fries were COLD. I decided to only return the fries to Hero Burger Establishment, informing staff that I had just received my food and the fries were cold. The manager / owner insisted to me the fries were made fresh and that the reason the fries were cold was because I had the food in my possession for 10 minutes. He informed me it was my fault and he would not give me replacement. I had explain to him, I recently just got my food and there should be no reason to not have FRESH / HOT fries in my order. After eating my disgusting warm burger ( rotten lettuce included in pictures ) and went back to the establishment again to inform the manager / owner that I am not liar and gave him back his cold food. The manager / owner at this location knows I am regular customer, still insisted that it was my fault. I informed every customer in the establishment that the food I received was COLD and not to order food from here. Only at that time the manager / owner offered me a replacement for my fries after I made scene about his cold food. I told him no, because he denied me the first and second time I asked for replacement item. I am very disappointed in my experience with this location, and I will never return to this location to support the owner / manager again. Clearly they do not care about regular customers and just care about profits only. Bad business practices, do not come here unless you enjoy cold - warm burgers and fries.

Thin one slice of tomato, one lettuce leaf, burnt oil chicken burger. Cheap bun. Wanted to try after having a good burger elsewhere. Not all burgers are equal. This landmark needs something better.
