I had shopped around and we were even advised to do our “own” research on diamonds, which was very strange to us given the budget we had in mind for our rings. Anju handled everything and provided options for us and made the process soooo easy, my ring is outta this world and so unique. Highly recommend!!!

After a horrific experience with a very "popular" online jeweller, I reached out to Anju with three weeks left to my engagement. Not only were they unbelievably caring and super dedicated to what I needed but they got me a diamond that was so unique for the exact feature that I wanted that no other jeweller in Toronto could match up. With just 2.5 weeks left Anar sorted out an amazing deal and confirmed that I'd get the ring the day of my proposal as requested. She lied, I had the ring almost 4 days earlier, which gave me even more time to prep for my proposal! I've said it before and I'll say it again, Anju and Anar, if you ever give up the jewellery business, (Please don't, you guys are amazing!) consider being therapists because they truly know how to flip a very stressful part of ring buying to a really enjoyable one. p.s. When they showed me the final product, I did a double take thinking they might have given me the wrong ring, it was that beautiful. The fiance absolutely loves it! Thanks again guys :D

Anju had the BEST customer services of all. Anju and I kept in contact for months before we were even ready to start designing, she didn't rush me at any point to make a decision or come into the store. I felt like I was just brainstorming ideas for my perfect ring , she was unlike the other pushy jewellers concerned with making a sale as soon as possible. The vision for my diamond changed completely over those months of speaking and Anju began sending me options for my new design without missing a beat. Her responsiveness and initiative in letting me know when she came across diamonds I may want to look at really put her over the top for me. It was reassuring to know exactly what my custom ring would look like before it was made and the final outcome did not disappoint. I'm still obsessed with my ring to this day. I went back to Anju to get a ring and a diamond chain for my fiance, I'll definitely be back for my wedding band and any future diamond purchases! Anju gave me her personal, undivided attention from beginning to end. She was forthcoming in answering questions and providing all of the information I needed to feel confident with my decision to go with Diamond Design Studio for my custom engagement ring. I highly recommend Diamond Design Studio to everyone!

Anju was there for us from day 1 answering any questions we had and making suggestions. While keeping within our budget she was able to go beyond what we had initially thought/expected to get. I would 100% recommend them, and I will be going there again in the future!

My husband and I only had two weeks to plan and execute our wedding. We found Diamond Design Studio just accidentally in the mall across from where we got our marriage license that day at city hall and they were just the sweetest to us! They worked with our budget and our necessary rush. We picked my wedding band, they sized it and had it ready to go all within a week. My husband and I are just so happy and my ring finger is bedazzling now!! Plus they are family owned and have been in business since the 70s!! We will 100% be going back for more.
