Wore it one time the chain cut. The manager said i have to pay to repair it. Did not even talk to me nicely. This was my first and will be my last. I never have problems with Michael Hills

C	Codi Matthews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rudest customer service of any store I have ever been in My husband bought me a promise ring at peoples when we were teenagers a decade ago also bought a lifetime warranty of cleaning and ring resizing I had it resized once when I first got it (purchased in Ottawa) to a larger size then up until 2 years ago never had to cleaned or resized but it had been 8 years and it needed a cleaning bad I also have lost a considerable amount of weight and needed it much smaller I went in we were completely ignored for almost 25 minutes finally I asked a older woman for help and she just seemed annoyed that she had to help us at all when I gave her the ring and the paper work told her everything she first told me should I wait on getting it resized in case “I gain the weight back” that was a disgusting comment but she just rude the whole time I think it’s because it’s not a super expensive ring only around $150 10 years ago because she made 4 comments asking me if I was aware this was not a diamond and it was a sapphire yes I’m aware it’s a sapphire I love sapphires and we were 17 it’s a promise ring God she was so so rude When it came time to pick it up they couldn’t find it for 5 days my ring is in need of another cleaning and tightening but I will go somewhere else before I even glance in this store’s direction

Not the employees fault, but obviously the company is ran improperly from the operational level. Zero customer service for high net worth individuals
L	Lewis Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not come here. Rude lady gave my girlfriend 0 attention when trying engagement rings, and focused on another customer. Looks like staff are just trying to increase their sales. Way to ruin her experience. Definitely not coming here to purchase a ring.

They need to hire better employees that actually do their job. Many will stand around pretending to be busy, you have to constantly go after them just to get them to help you out. The ones that attend to you are snobby or make rude remarks. In particular a lady I believe her name was Gina Ajwad. Her job is to simply show me the rings and check me out there is no need for her to comment on anything other than that, but she felt the need to let me know I should eat less salt. If you want to buy jewelry I strongly recommend you go else where because here not only will you revive the worst service you will leave feeling worse about yourself.

I took it into the store for repair and waited 4 months to get any progress and notifications and from there I was told may take up to 6 months total for a small diamond repair!! Thank goodness for the online customer care, Mariam understood my frustration and escalated my issue and was able to help me. Combined with Gina the store manager they were both excellent help at resolving my issue and making me some what of a happy customer again.

I can’t remember his name but it started with S. He really took his time showing us numerous options. In the end we decided on the rings in the picture. Thank you so much for making our experience memorable. Look forward to coming back and seeing you in the future.
