They asked about what my then girlfriend would appreciate and what she would want. From there, they offered me professional advice, communicated with me promptly, helped me create a beautiful custom engagement ring and set of earrings that suited my fiancé. A couple months later, my fiancé loved the engagement ring and earrings. Thank you Alex and Arbi for forging our vision into reality. We will be back for our wedding bands!

I walked into the first meeting hoping to have some stones put into a pearl necklace clasp for me but unfortunately the material was too thin. Alex was kind enough to create a brand new custom design for me free of charge to consider while he went to confirm there was no possibility working with the original clasp. The final product is a unique and secure clasp of the utmost quality. I also more recently was looking to acquire a suite of very rare stones to be put into a bracelet. I had spent nearly a month looking for these stones by myself and then within a 24 hour notice Arbi sent me an email telling me he can get them for me. In the time I've known them I've referred multiple of my friends and they all tell me the same things; "They are so nice", "I love their work", "I can't wait for my new piece to be done". Between the in house design and creation and the network of resources available from Solitaire & ALEX ARMEN, let alone the customer service, there's nothing to expect short of a genuine and approachable bespoke jewellery experience.

I take pride in the customization of our wedding bands as its something we take have for life, and I was a bit indecisive on the various components I wanted for my wedding band. After just one consultation with Alex and Arbi, they produce a custom design for my wedding band that has made it one of a kind. In addition, my wife's engagement and wedding band turned out beautiful. Alex and Arbi are super easy to work with and are great with helping through the design process as well, providing options and considerations to think about it. We truly enjoyed working with them for both the engagement ring and wedding bands, and use them for all our needs moving forward. You CAN'T go wrong.
