Once I purchased the diamond, she carefully confirmed every detail of the pendant's design before progressing to completion. All this was done entirely online, with consistent patience and professionalism. The final product was delivered to my home on budget, on time, and far beyond my very high expectations. The finished pendant was stunning. The diamond was dazzling and the setting was exactly as we discussed in every detail. At no time did I feel anything but complete confidence in their handling of this purchase. I never had to call or contact them to check on progress; communication was transparent and frequent at every step from initial phone call to final delivery of the finished pendant. Larissa was incredibly helpful, guiding me through each step of creating the perfect engagement ring in a completely virtual environment. In our initial call we went through what to look for in a diamond (cut, clarity, colour, etc.) and then looked at various designs and materials for the ring. This initial consultation was so important for providing the necessary background information that was needed for such an important decision. After the initial consultation, we reviewed the design mockups and made any final alterations and then the ring went into production. Overall the process was seamless and efficient and the ring came out perfectly!
