★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to the store looking for a fresh pair of gym shoes and as soon as I stopped in front of Shoes section, I was acknowledged by their worker - Sean. He was super friendly without being pushy because he really wanted to help me out and understand my needs. I told him about my experience at Sport Check that I visited just before coming to Under armour and that their staff didn't help me at all because it was just disappointing.
Sean was amazing and brought me a pair to try and I just fell in love with the comfort of the shoes as well as look. As soon I tried them on, I knew that these shoes were the one!
So I purchased them and so so happy! Can't wait to work out tmr and do my cardio after!

15 years I've spent with breathing complications, met by 'Christie'... middle aged to older blond haired woman.
Whom after I explained that after a recent ENT operation I was unable to wear a mask and therefore medically exempt with supporting documentation to confirm still forced me to wear a mask, she also wasn't compassionate to my broken rib situation requiring me to desperately source a compression top from said under armour store,
Christie should be dismissed on the basis of harassment and discrimination, this has been logged with the actually more compassionate security team at the centre, it is to be escalated immediately.
Appalled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience with the staff named Shawn. Visited Saturday, June 4th and was greeted by Shawn. He was so kind and knowledgeable about the products he was showing us and he seemed very genuine. He offered various running shoes, made suggestions and brought them out for us to try. Felt like I was talking to a UA product expert and he made the experience at UA very pleasant, thanks, Shawn!

I stayed in the store 10min, willing to buy a gift and no one came to me. Anyway, I found what I needed at Foot Locker ?
