I have been shopping at Marc Cain for over a year and everytime I walk into the store I receive exceptional service. The staff really know how to make their customers feel special, its nice to see how passionate the staff are about the brand and their store.

I was more than willing to get in my car and drive all the way to downtown Toronto to pick it up when she offered to courrier it overnight! I received the dress as expected. I was trilled. MarcCain’s garment are always of superb quality! Fantastic customer service, thank you Karen!

I know I can count on professional, honest service with a smile each and every time. I actually consider Sasha a friend! She texts me with pictures of new arrivals. I tell her what I like and she puts it aside for me. It's a mixture of online shopping but with full service experience of in store service. I would highly recommend Sasha and her team. The service and product is second to none!

Decided to visit this Flagship store in order to see the entire spring collection. Was greeted by Ktrina as soon as I walked in. I started pulling various pieces to try on but I was missing some key pieces from each collection. Ktrina started collecting them for me and had them nicely organized for me to consider. We got chatting and I mentioned that it was my birthday. Ktrina starts asking me what my favorite flower is and I gave a pretty vague answer; suggesting that roses are always lovely. Never did I imagine for a moment that she was asking me this question for a reason. The manager of the store, who was as friendly and helpful as Ktrina, (I believe her name is Brenda) stepped out of the store and bought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers. After a really fun shopping experience with these two amazing women, I ended up with some very cool and unique collections that I otherwise would have missed had I been left to my own devices. As I was leaving with my purchases, they handed me this beautiful bouquet of flowers and wished me a very happy birthday! That was the most thoughtful gesture any retailer has ever done. I was speechless and deeply moved. This is the epitome of customer delight!

The color palette runs true, year after year, so you may buy a pirce one season, and another piece, the next season knowing they will work together. I love the quality and styling of Marc Cain so much that I was thrilled when a stand alone Marc Cain store opened at the Toronto Eatons Centre, close to my home. No more would I search high and low for my favourite brand - I can now walk! The staff at the Eatons' Centre Marc Cain are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Sasha is the best sales associate I have ever dealt with. Sasha gives sound advice, steering me to make me wise clothing decisions. Yes to a power business suit. No to a skirt I may have worn once. Sasha is like shopping with your best girlfriend - only Sasha is not afraid to tell you 'like it is'. Best brand, best store, best sales Sasha!
