★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to browse and left actaully wanting to buy thanks to Richard Bulze's amazing customer service. He was knowledgable and welcoming!
I tried on a couple of jackets but wasn't exactly happy with the fit. Richard looked at what I was wearing and straight away suggested I tried on the "hybrid" sizing. Sure enough it was perfect! Now all I need to do is save up a pay cheque for the "investment". Thanks again for your great service Richard!

Is that they sold me a jacket that was used. And how did I know it was used… well I found a dirty mask in one of the pockets. Some paper in the other. Do you even clean the jackets after they are returned??? This is disgusting and shows poor care of products. I am beyond horrified

We visited this store as I had been online and couldn't decide which coat to buy and had to try a few on. My wife and I were greeted at the door by two staff members. We then went inside and started trying on a few coats this was great as I hate being pounced on in a store I like to look myself first. I then decided I needed help with sizes and asked a member of staff who had been watching at a distance. Julian Aziz was his name, he was so helpful and knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted then went and gathered a number of coats for me to try. He wasn't pushy he wanted to find exactly what I wanted. Having settled on a Sherridon Parka he then took me to a cold room in the store which is about -15 degrees so I could feel how warm the coat is. What a fantastic idea, just wish my wife had taken a photo to share with this review. The check out was special he explained every detail of the coat and then wrapped it in a Canada Goose carrying cover to make it easier to take home. Julian you made the whole experience incredibly special, thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Experience at the Eaton Centre location. Richard was amazing to deal with. No line and the greeting staff directed me to Richard to deal with an exchange . I originally purchased my jacket at yorkdale but I was sized wrong by the rep. Only store that had stock was Eaton Centre . Called ahead of time and Anna put two jackets on hold for me. Richard helped me try on the jackets and he knew my chest size and waist just by looking how how it should fit on my shoulders. Brought me into the their cold room to show me how warm the jacket was. Nice little touch. The exchange was easy and the service was wonderful . People that are complaining about lines in the middle of a pandemic get over it. Just because you spent 1000’s of $’s doesn’t let you jump ahead of everyone else that is doing the same. Come at a time that is not busy. Customer service reps are human as well and if they have to deal with rude customers like some of the comments all day I’m sure they break every now and then. Just because you have money to throw around like it’s nothing don’t treat others like they are nothing. Everyone is trying their best. They layout of the Eaton store doesn’t make you feel like you’ve missed things. Yorkdale has all these racks that makes it feel like a clearance store or something. Anyway the Jacket I got is wonderful and I wish I had purchased my jackets from here the first time. With the service I got I’m sure I would not have needed to do an exchange. Thank you Richard for the great experience that I would expect from a store like this.

The service she provided me was the best I received at any luxury store I’ve been too. Also I believe there’s a manager named Richard who gave me a great welcoming also helping me book a reservation at the Keg. Will see you guys soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 2 great experiences at this Canada Goose store! The first time I went with my partner looking for a jacket for him. June helped us and he not only listened to what my partner wanted in a jacket, but also made some great recommendations! We went in wanting to get him a jacket, but I also ended up getting a jacket too! June was very friendly and made small talk with us, and even shared some personal stories with us. I definitely felt heard! We even got some seeds to plant along with our jackets, which was so nice. We live in Washington so we weren't able to take the seeds back home, but I gave them to my dad, who loves gardening!
The second time was with my mom, who also wanted a Canada Goose jacket. She had specific things she was looking for, like the red label (vs the black label), and she was looking for specific colours too. Paul helped us this time around, and he was very patient with my mom and I. We tried on different kinds of jackets and in different colours, and ended up getting a medium size for her. Then, we actually ended coming back to the store to switch the jacket to a small size, as she thought the small fit better. Although they didn't have the small in stock, Paul helped us order it online (it was the last one in stock in that colour and size). He also got us one day delivery, which was super nice! I really appreciated the care that Paul took to help us, as well as how he remembered us a couple hours before. We even got the jacket before the time frame he gave us, which was awesome!
All in all, 2 excellent experiences with this Canada Goose store. I will definitely come back!

I went in telling him I just wanted to get sized but he treated me with the same respect as someone going in knowing they wanted to buy something. He helped me find the right jacket and size for me with incredible care and service. I was planning to order the jacket on a later day but he was so helpful I decided to buy in store. Amazing experience from this store and would recommend!

Even though I experienced similar long lineups and bit wait times due to high demand for quality clothing and pandemic restriction, still 5 stars ratings from me.
