★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The men's and women's is split. Men's are on the 5th floor and women's on the second. The men's blends in with the rest of the Hudson's departments so look carefully for the small "topman" writing on the walls. The women's stands out more in the traditional black "topman" colors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The men's clothing department has been moved to the 5th floor. Topman is now in the middle of the store surrounded by all the other brands.
Was a better shopping experience when topman was separated from the rest of the bay on the 2nd floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. What a shame how low Hudson's bay has become. They train staff and customer service to lie through their teeth just to make a sale anyway possible. I never order anything online unless I call customer service first to confirm delivery dates and delays ito consideration. I chose express shipping and guaranteed 2 to 3 days because i was leaving the country so they guaranteed it would arrive on a Wednesday latest as I ordered on a sunday and items o ly arrived by friday and lied to me right from the get go and every time I called back to complain just so many lies were given each call. Then I find out all call representatives are all in the phillipines and service is terrible why is your call center in the phillipines??? Also just to let you know when you give all your personal info it is surely not secure especially when it is all being directed to the phillipines. This is a sad day for Hudson's bay now located and storing customer information in a foreign country know for poor information security. This is so wrong. Never ordering again due to those reasons.

I normally come here for jewelry but this time it felt as if I was a burden for using the $20 off coupon.
