Good choice for cloths for mens. Generally all the malls has very less collection for mens . But this one I felt good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall its good . I felt little expensive compared to other stores . I enjoyed the visit to this store.

He is very knowledgeable and made me feel like he really listened to what I asked for I am usually a Yorkdale shopper however I’ll be making this location my new go-to. Very impressed
L	Layton Wu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on a Saturday evening to browse suit options for my wedding with my fiancé. I went to try on a suit jacket. And tried on another. It was in that moment when a sales associate stopped me and told me that the suits were not to be tried on. That I needed to ask permission first. That all the suits and colours and sizes out on display were only to be handled through a sales associate. I was baffled. Speechless. I've never been told or stopped to try clothing on in my entire life. I understand wanting to be helpful and asking if I need help finding a size. But he stopped me from trying the clothes on. Made me out to be a child accused of touching the art in a museum. This was some next level gatekeeping that I'd never expect in a retail shop located in a mall. I walked out immediately. Will never walk in again.

The staff is kind and friendly and keeps the store clean and organized to follow Covid-19 protocols. I definitely recommend coming to check out Harry Rosen!

I had an issue with a shirt that I had purchased and he went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was addressed, the shirt was replaced and that I was satisfied with the result. In a time where so much is purchased online, it’s great to see that there is still a retail experience in which the staff are professional, courteous and make you feel at home in the store. Thank you Luis. A+ all the way.

A nice lady showed me the options and I selected one from the table with her help. When we got to the front, it rang in at full price. Since there were several of the same tie merchandise at that table and it was clearly set up wrong by a staff member, she went to get approval from her manager. I saw her go up and he shrugged and said "sorry". She came to tell me that he wasn't going to correct their error and honor the price. I went up to him to ask and explained it was merchandised with several of the same tie in the same colour and it was clearly an error on their part. He arrogantly scoffed at me and said "I don't know who did that but it wasn't us." I found it ironic that in a store for professionals, the manager was the least professional employee I've ever dealt with. Arrogant, rude and unwilling to provide basic customer service when the mistake was made at the store level. I found what I needed elsewhere and I won't be going back to this store ever again. I strongly advise everyone to shop elsewhere.

They were very receptive to any questions I had, and also helped me stay within my budget. Georgi was very professional in helping me pick out a shirt, was honest about where it needed to be altered, and everything was ready by the time they said it would be. Even when I picked it up and realized the buttons were a slightly different colour (My own fault) Luis was re-assuring and helped me pick out a different shirt that matched even better than the first! Luis was genuine, honest, and he put me at ease with how well he communicated. I never once felt that I was being talked down to, or pushed into buying anything I didn't want or need (an experience I had at other men's clothing stores) I truly felt that the salesmanship was in my best interest and I would 100 % recommend Harry Rosen for anyone looking into clothes for their big day. Thanks again guys!
