Wasn't impressed with filthy tunes being played. C'mon, there are families coming in too.
Unprofessional associates. However, Costa, did great.
The others... Quite disappointing and unprofessional.
Would prefer buying online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahmed is the best! We spent some time (and money) in this store and Ahmed helped with sizes and suggestions. I was shopping with my son, and Ahmed listened to him, and then went through the store suggesting clothing that met his requirements. He gave us space while my son tried things on but checked in with us from time to time to see if we needed other sizes/etc.
The stock was neatly presented and with the buy one, get one 50% off, fairly priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I had a very poor experience here with their staff. We got in the store and before anything else we were asked: "Have you shopped here before?" And then they told us whatever about their sale. Two seconds later another employee comes and asks us: "Where are you from?"
What difference does it make whether or not we've shopped here before or if we are from Toronto or elsewhere ????
It made us feel very uncomfortable and left, although we initially wanted to purchase several items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here with my boyfriend and we left with so many nice clothes! The worker Earl was absolutely amazing! Go to him for any fashion advice, and he was so kind as well - looking forward to coming back again to get my boyfriend more clothes :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a fabulous visit to Jack and Jones today! My brother and I were taken care of by Jenika (so sorry about the spelling if it's wrong) and she was absolutely fabulous. She found exactly what we were looking for (and lots more!) and was so easy to talk to. Shout out to Tyler as well for being fun and helpful. I don't often come down to Toronto and Jenika made it that much more special. Thanks again!!

He found exactly what we were looking for and took some extra efforts to make us understand their new green initiatives (and lots more!) and was so easy to talk to. Assisted us for 20 mins. I’m a loyal J&J customer as I like their colours and shades but Ben made it that much more special. Thanks again.
