I purchased a dress at this store last August. Everything was fine till I got home and found out that the security tag was not removed from the dress. Ok, not a big deal, it’s a fancy dress so I’m not in a hurry to wear it anyway. Today I brought the dress back to the store, asking them to remove the tag for me. The lady was smiley, asking how she could help at first. When she saw the dress with the tag, she changed her facial expression and asked: β€˜Do you have a receipt? But this one was from August?’ She removed the tag and came back to me, smiley again: β€˜as long as you have the receipt’. I was really surprised at how they don’t take ownership of their actions here. If the dress’ tag was removed right when I checked it out, or the security alarm went off when I walked out of the store, I wouldn’t have to waste my time and go back to the store, just to be questioned like a shoplifter in the first place. What kind of no-brainer would steal something and go back to the store to ask for help with removing the security-tag? Please be accountable for yourself and your team before questioning your customers. And btw, it doesn’t cost anything to say sorry for what your team was responsible for.

The worst customer experience ever!! There was a worker there who is a middle aged Caucasian female who showed me the worst attitude ever!! There was a bag for 50% off and I asked her what is the price for this bag because there was no price tag anywhere to be seen. She looked like me and said "it's 50% off." I nodded my head like yes I already know it's 50% off but what is the price? And she looks at me like I'm dumb and says again "it's 50% off." Like what are you lady a robot? Learn to answer customers questions properly. I wish I knew your name so I can report you for not serving me well. Thanks :/

I really wanted to see the farmers market. But a wedding was going to happen. It looks like it's going to be a really nice wedding. Can't wait to come back and see the colour of the leaves in fall.
