The place has great service (stars are for this) and a fun made to order as well as hot counter. Unfortunatly first found hair in the hot counter order, then a metal shard in made to order soup :( Bringing lunch from home from now on. Nov 16, 2017 update I saw that this review was read 1,000 times and feel badly as I have started going back, albeit less often, and support this as the best soup place in town. ¡Viva Sopa Caliente!

I'll make sure to bring my peanut allergic friends here to eat and watch as they are served poison across the counter. Wouldn't be surprised if the chefs mixed their food with some fecal matter with this lack of customer respect.
S	Steven Maletic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is last time I'll be coming here, the ladies are all rude (and have always been to be honest, in particular the two taking your order) and when you state that you don't want any rice or noodles just vegetables and meat, they barely put any of either, and so the smallish container doesn't get filled up. They increased prices, and now provide less product then ever, not a winning combination. If I could give them 0 stars I would, this places infuriates me to no end.

There are two ladies specifically who for whatever reason they give attitude and they have this nasty habit of being pushy and rude. If you do venture here, you'll be please dealing with the two ladies who are usually cashing out orders, they are polite and friendly.

I was going to grab lunch and say happy holidays to the staff, but saw they just closed down. I don't know why and if they'll be back. This was one of my go to places. You could see how popular it was with the enormous line up during peak hours. Crispy ginger beef with fried rice or the general tsao's chicken. Peanut chicken was good as well. I've haven't tried their other mall locations. I remember years ago when they also had the full sit down restaurant, which was renovated into additional spaces. The Mucho burrito next to it was closed some months ago, so I guess it could have been a hint something was going to happen.
R	RKS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay mall Chinese food place. Decent selection at a fair price. Service is quick. Really only caters to office lunch crowd. Avoid the dim sum options as they are not made fresh to order and as a result can be dry. Soups are made to order and are a really good bet.

Although it is a fast food restaurant, the quality and pricing is appropriate for my needs. I do hope to come back again soon!
