M	Mandi In The City on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgustingly bad- ordered the chicken breast meal and the chicken was clearly old and had sat under a light all day. Vile, i threw it out. This was around 4pm, maybe its fresher at lunch.

Was told in quite a tone: “only the lettuce and only if you ask for it points down there.” Every other Jimmy the Greek location will offer you the salad options (lettuce, tomato, onions and cucumber) on top of your pita when you order, and without the bad attitude. Only just discovered this location and will be making a point of continuing to patronize the others in the vicinity instead. Two stars because the food is at least decent.

After sitting down to eat I opened the container and the eggs were completely uncooked. Runny and watery throughout. How could someone serve this slop to a customer and feel ok about it! Disgusting! When I returned it they provided an excuse: “because you ordered an omelette with additional egg it is hard to ensure it was cooked properly.” Honestly, they cook breakfast each and every morning, how f@$&ing hard is it to cook eggs especially when you have soooo much practice. A simple apology would be the proper customer service response but as I mentioned above they completely lack this skill. They took the meal back and threw the omelette back on the grill. I waited another 10mins and they finally gave me the meal. I opened this time and they didn’t even heat the potatoes and the toast was freezing cold. Proper etiquette would be to heat up the sides or make them fresh again. Not here! I am always amazed that people working in the restaurant business serving food have such a poor understanding of quality and customer service. Sure they will take your money but provide slop and ignorance in return. NEVER VISIT THIS HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT! Trust me, I’m saving you from great disappointment.
T	Toronto Reviews on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried the chicken souvlaki dinner, comes with chicken, salad, rice and a nice not too spicy hot sauce on the side as well as a tzatziki sauce. Very tasty food, somewhat healthy (peas & carrots in rice + salad). Staff is friendly and professional.

There's is not marinated (unless you consider some strange juice to keep it from dying out after cooked) and very plain. Price is as expected for a food court. Service is so so, mostly forgettable.
