I eat here at least 3 times a week. Tasty and healthy! Also I love that they use compost friendly containers. Nice to know that you're not adding to the plastic problem. Most other options in the area still use plastic containers and/or lids sadly.

I've had decent (if not somewhat mediocre) experiences at this and the other two Mad Radish locations in Toronto (Bloor and Eglinton), but this review is based on my experience from earlier today. I ordered my go-to, the Crispy Taco Salad, through Ritual at around 1 pm. I requested that the dressing be mixed in, with extra dressing on the side. I'd like to note that neither were special requests made on my part - both are options in the mandatory fields required by the app. In the special requests section, I ask that the beans and red onions be subbed with extra tomatoes and corn due to an allergy and gastrointestinal issues. Also, it should be noted that this salad comes with (a quarter of an) avocado, which as an add-on costs $2.50 (per quarter). The grand total for my salad: $14.41. When I arrived to pick up my order around 1:30 pm, there were two customers being served, and two other Ritual orders waiting to be picked up. From these observations, I don't think it would be wrong for me to conclude that they weren't particularly busy. When I get back and open up the container of what I hoped was a delicious salad, I discover: 1. There's absolutely no avocado in the salad - not a sliver, a chunk, nothing; 2. There's no dressing mixed in (but I guess they didn't forget the "extra" dressing on the side, so good job?); and 3. Beans and red onions were not subbed out as requested. I essentially paid nearly $15 for some greens and a smattering of toppings, half of which I couldn't even eat. Normally, nothing can piss my lazy butt off to the point where I feel compelled to actually write a review, much less a 1-star one, but I've honestly never felt so ripped off and enraged over a salad in my life. So, congrats, Mad Radish, you've managed to achieve the unimaginable: ruin a salad for me and also extract an arguably lengthy review from someone who usually never publicly reviews anything. Your service was spotty at best in the past, but this takes it to a whole other level. I can't believe I can't expect to have a simple salad (that's on your regular menu, by the way) made to simple specifications/modifications by a restaurant who purports to specialize in salads. I can find better value for similar quality elsewhere (e.g., iQ Food Co. and, yes, even Chipotle), so see you never, Mad Radish.

If you are in a rush and want something tasty, affordable and healthy, Mad Radish is a great option. Their service is always good and very friendly. My favorite bowl is the Fajita Barbacoa and Santa Fe.

Wow! I didn't think I liked salad. Actually, I didn't think I liked vegetables. But let me tell you! The Crispy Taco is the salad for non-salad lovers. As a first-timer, I am DEFINITELY coming back. Service was good, but the food was better! I thought I would be swapping my go-to slice of 'za for greens come January. But, can you say healthy Tanya 2019? Better late than never. Thanks, Mad Radish!

As someone who works in the King & Bay area, I frequent all that The Path has to offer on a weekly basis. The options are endless down there, but I must say Mad Radish stands apart from the crowd. On a recent visit I encountered fantastic service from the manager (Andrew?), who went out of his way to make sure my food was made to my specific dietary restrictions. I made the order through the Mad Radish app (super convenient), but arrived quite a bit earlier than the provided time. Instead of making me wait, the staff went out of their way to make my bowl immediately. On top of that, everyone there was very friendly, a welcome change from many of the surrounding competitors. Great job, Mad Radish! You've won yourself a new fan and loyal customer. Oh, and the brownie was damn good too!

Great spot for fresh healthy eats! I love me a good bowl and I happened to discover Mad Radish in the Path. I got the Piri Piri Bowl and Cinnamon Toast Churro. All the toppings behind the counter look so fresh and delicious. The Piri Piri bowl was really filling and tasty. If you can handle some heat, it is a bit spicy but not too crazy. The cinnamon churro was a perfectly sweet ending, crunchy on the outside and soft inside. Yum! I am so glad I forgot my lunch at home today! I will definitely be back to try some other items on their menu.
