★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to cancel a preorder and there was a technical issue on their end with nothing showing up on my account. Jeff and the other gentleman (didn't catch his name unfortunately) were extremely helpful and utilized every resource they could to try and rectify the situation. After there were clearly no other options they said would contact customer service on my part. A couple days later got a call for Jeff explaining the current issue and also expressed his apologies for what had happened.
Everything worked out fine in the end but just wanted to emphasize how well both of them treated the entire situation. They easily could have just pushed it off and told me to call costumer service right away but instead dealt with it in extremely friendly, professional and courteous manner. Well done and very impressed!

I have shopped at this location for years and he is the only person who is always friendly. He was super helpful as I was buying a Funko Pop. Best sales associate I have ever come across.
