n	namjoon Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST PLACE EVER! THE STAFF ARE HORRIBLE AND THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO ISSUE A REFUND!!! The worker charged me more for my order (she charged me for meats, when I never ordered any!!). Upon realization she told me she would refund me, however she charged me again TWICE!!! Once I told her she charged me again, she refused to listen and cooperate. I have bank statements to prove that I am right, however she yelled at me and saying she already refunded me. Instead of investigating this issue, she ignored my bank statements (which are liable). This place needs better customer service and help from the owner's , as they are never present or readily available on the phone to communicate to the manager and staff, to issue and property take care of this situation. MUST BE FIXED ASAP! I TRIED CALLING CORPORATE, HOWEVER THEY ARE A MISDIRECT!!! AND WHEN I TRIED FILLING A CUSTOMER REVIEW, IT WOULD NOT PROCESS! WORST PLACE EVER!
A	Anjana Rai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service, I believe the girl with a black T-Shirt was yelling at other servers in front of the customers for no reason. We were like what...!!!!! She needs to learn some professional etiquette. I took a burrito but it was not wrapped properly, the steak was contaminated and smelly, they didn't have mango salsa, and servers were unsure about how much quantity of toppings to add to the burrito, seems like the management of this store is illiterate regarding customer service. I took a bite and threw that burrito, had to get another meal at the same time from another place. Go to other places, Mucho Burrito is a great restaurant but this particular place is a waste of money I believe. At least, learn to wrap a burrito before you run a Mexican Restaurant.

However, this locations seems a bit poorly managed, staffed, and trained. >20 minutes in line without being acknowledged. No wonder this restaurant gets less traffic than adjacent places in the food court.

I got a chicken bowl and it was mostly rice. Even tho I asked for extra sauce, it was super dry. When I asked them to heat it a little I got a reply that it’s already hot still when I ate it 2 min later, it was ice cold. They didn’t even know how to scan a mucho burrito loyalty card. Why are you working???

Got a combo with a cookie and drink and with tax came to ~$18 which is a little overpriced in my opinion. The photo shown is after I ate mostly forkfuls of rice.

She was charging extra money for everything. She did not place any cutlery with bowl. How am I supposed to eat that.? With hands.?? ? are we supposed to specify them all the time to put fork and spoons.?? Also she did not place the bowl properly in the bag. All my food inside started leaking from one side. M	Mike Parera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place for delicious burrito and other items, specially Store Manager Jyoti is just fabulous. The way she serve the customers are best. Last time I order around 5 burritos with so much details in each of them, but She made all burritos very easily with proper care. She also communicated with me in between while my orders were in process so time can easily pass. Must recommend to my friends, whenever anyone wants to have burrito, just come to this location for wonderful experience.

The meat has an incredible taste, seasoned and cooked perfectly. The nachos are always really good to. The toppings are fresh and they are never to soggy. We love coming here for Mexican cuisine. Keep up the great work!
