I	I Leach Off Everything on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cashier thought I was stealing something when I didn't. When I showed proof and showed my pockets she never apologized. very rude particular staff. Why is this even rated so high? So many people have reported how bad the staff are and still to this day the staff here are rude. If you think somebody is stealing you have to politely ask just in case they aren't -_-

A	Alyssa P. (Alypet11) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's honestly quite a big shop for a Hot Topic but it felt so empty. Most Hot Topics I have been to carry a larger inventory and is much more packed with racks than this one. Friendly staff greeted us when we entered the shop which was nice.
W	William Lauzon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Person at the front was really friendly and talkative. I went to the back to check out masks, the guy at the checkout had a horrible attitude. I pull my mask down for a breathe of air this guy goes out of his way and said three times in a row to but my mask on. I told him to chill out and he kept the attitude, I can't deal with these kinds of people. This could have been easily 5 stars. Stopped by today the staff member I spoke to was great, stars have been upgraded.
R	Ridley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the layout claustrophobic and confusing as if I'm in a maze. If you are a wheelchair user this place would probably be hard to navigate because of this. Employees are extremely social and talk a lot.
S	Soph on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to hot topic regularly and this store was one of the nicest ones I've been to. The layout was far more spacious and they actually stocked things in my size. I was able to find thingd here not even in stock or being sold in the online store anymore which was awesome. Helpful and friendly staff, a great place to shop.

I’ve been twice now and both times there was an employee with red hair who literally would not leave me and my friend alone. Anytime we looked at anything, she would corner us, not maintaining social distancing, and quiz us on how much we knew about the product and its pop-culture background. It was really weird and made for an uncomfortable shopping experience both times. Will not be returning to this location.
