I had a problem with my a brand new smartphone I brought on Best Buy in Eaton Centre and instead of helping me the seller who was just nice to sell me the smartphone and the cellphone area associate leader are just checking if I was prepared enough to sue them or not. Really, extremely disappointing customer service. I don't know about the other stores, but this one certainly doesn't care for its customers just about itself.

Brought a dishwasher, used once and there's an issue with it. It has taken WEEKS to try and get the people who installed it back out to repair it. The customer service is absolutely woeful. So quick to take my money but dragging their feet to get the repairs I need. Still not repaired, still no call despite them reassuring me that I will get the call for an appointment "soon". Absolutely AWFUL - do NOT recommend, go literally anywhere else.

Bought a laptop computer in March but It had a problem so I had to exchange it. The guys at the Geek Squad at this location are great. They understood my problem so exchanged my defective computer for a new one. I want to appreciate Dev and Arkin, they were so nice, efficient friendly, and fast. Dev was awesome. So I'm completely satisfied and happy and I will shop for Best Buy/Geek Squad without hesitation. also Dev. Thanks so much! ?

After confirming in person at the store the delivery day of a washer/dryer, the delivery was delayed for 3 weeks but I was never informed of it by phone or email. I donated the existing combo the day before, to have the room empty. for the new one. Bottom line, I needed to find another place to buy the combo, paying a premium price. It was that or wait for 3 weeks. To make it matters worse, I needed to go to the store in person for the credit card refund. While waiting for the paper work, I got a mouse and since there was no one in the display, I opened the box to be sure it was comfortable. It took one second for a rude employee to asked me rather rough if I have purchased the unit, otherwise I could not open it. So, are employees here trained to be this incompetent (no one informed of the delivery delay) and rude addressing customers?

Visited this store with my roommate as he wanted to buy a new laptop. He bought the Asus ROG with accessories. All the employees were very busy with other customers but Reva was kind enough to step in and helped him buy a great laptop. She entertained us till the end and got him an impressive deal on the laptop as well. Kudos. Dev's experience came handy when we ran into a payment issue. Staff was very friendly and patient.

This location is pretty big. So big that it doesn't seem busy and the line ups move relatively quickly. If your looking for a graphic card drop be prepared to wait in a line up that wraps all the way around to Bay st. The stores don't release the info till a day or two ahead. If you check the blog out they'll release the exact date their dropping more.

The customer service at the front counter was great. I was served by Simon who helped me to buy a camera. He gave me 5 star service today. The three stars is because of the security guard at the front of the store. I had just paid over $1500 for a new camera and just stood by the door for not even three minutes to check my receipt and make sure that I had also received a copy in my email; Then, the security guard with the long dark hair, worn in a bun on top of his head, starts to stomp his foot loudly in front of me as if I was a pigeon that had somehow gotten in. Is it really necessary to treat customers this way?

BIG store, prime location... my issue was with the staff member trying to assist me. I saw him and a co-worker helping the same customer, when I approached he was quick to notice me (okay great start). I had some questions about pricing of a product, which I knew the answer to though wanted to see what they would reply. I was given wrong information and politely pointed it out, I asked a few more questions about security cameras and he tried to give a confident answer... again it was wrong. He was starting to sweat and clearly was trying to get away, I asked he be one last question. I couldn't deal with the misinformation, there is nothing wrong with saying 'I don't know'. To think how many people he talks to on a daily base and people buy that product is just wrong. Best Buy, please let your staff be trained to a higher standard.
