★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were a very small roofing company based out of Calgary, AB. In the last 5 years we have grown our business from 3 men shop to 24 employees. Technology was our biggest challenge.
We had files every where. We were emailing files to each other and tracking the latest version was impossible. OneDrive gave us many problems when naming files, SageDrive is not a usable tool. Things were completely falling apart. And our so-called IT guy was completely against anything cloud. He really did not understand it. We finally decided to do something about it and contacted 3 IT firms. After the 1st meeting we quickly realized TECKPATH understood our pain points. They did their homework before they came out to meet with us and that clearly showed in the meeting.
They had a plan A, B and C. All their plans were impeccably executed.
They migrated our emails from GoDaddy to office 365 without a single interruption or downtime. Emails, contacts and calendars were all moved without a single hiccup. They setup our networks and got us introduced and connected to their private cloud server.
TECKPATH handles everything for us; security, offsite backup, network maintenance and ongoing and on demand IT Support. Their ServiceDesk team is amazing. The fact that they work in two time zones makes them a perfect fit our company.
We have only been with TECKPATH for 5 months, but we have learned more from them in the past 5 months than all the IT companies we have worked with in the past 5 years combined.
I truly think of TECKPATH as our strategic partner in business and technology.
