This is the 3rd home we've purchased but the 1st time we'd worked with Mike and there was no comparison. We'd used 2 different firms before and weren't happy with either at all, had to submit things multiple times, chase down answers, go to the bank multiple times to sign paperwork, with one we even had the lender back out 4 days before closing! Totally different experience with Mike and his team. I had to re-confirm that we were actually done because I'd never been through the process so painlessly. During our meeting, Mike did a screenshare with me, walking me through how much mortgage I am qualified for and what are the variables that I can adjust in order to stretch my mortgage ratio. He also helped with getting a pre-approval letter for us and connecting us with a knowledgeable realtor. As we went through the house buying process, Mike is always available on the phone to answer our questions, from things like electrical wiring that may prevent us from getting a mortgage, to what kind of signs to avoid when looking for our next home. Mike is not just any mortgage broker, he is a mortgage broker with first hand experience in investing in real estate, and he is always willing to share his knowledge with his clients. Having support from Mike has made a big impact into our house buying process.
